Dr. Klinefelter is currently Dean of Master’s and Doctorate programs at Argosy University, Washington, DC. She earned her DBA from Nova Southeastern University and also holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Pratt Institute and a graduate certificate in Human Performance Improvement from Capella University. She has several years experience in university administration and has developed and taught a number of courses in undergraduate and graduate programs onsite and online in such areas as management, organizational behavior and ethics.
